Lundy Potato Farms Ltd., based in Alliston, Ontario is seeking one (1) full-time Farm Supervisor, Equipment to work at our farm location.

Job Duties:

 Responsible for maintenance of farming equipment.
 Supervise maintenance of heavy-duty farm equipment, infrastructure (farm buildings), and oversees preventative maintenance inspections.
 Coordinates and assigns work to farm machinery operators.
 Participates in the department shift rotation schedule to ensure production needs are met (evening, weekend, and Saturday rotation) and operate agricultural machinery contingent on workload.
 May perform general farm duties, such as planting, care, harvesting and preparation of crops for market.
 Ensures work area is kept clean and neat.
 Ensures adherence to farm policies and procedures regarding equipment.
 Performs service work in a timely, efficient, and safe manner.

Skills Requirements/Level of Education Required:
Completion of secondary school.

Skill Requirements/Work Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience in repairing and maintaining heavy-duty farming equipment. Minimum 1 year of related experience in a farm supervisory position.
