Farm Labourer Full Time NEW

We are a family-owned grain farm seeking a reliable, hardworking individual to join our operation. The successful candidate must be comfortable working independently and capable of operating and maintaining modern farm equipment throughout the growing season. This role involves all aspects of crop production, including seeding, spraying, and harvest operations.
Responsibilities:
Operate farm machinery including tractors, sprayers, seeders, combines and grain handling equipment.
Perform seeding, spraying, fertilizing and harvesting duties.
Conduct daily equipment checks and basic maintenance.
Monitor field conditions and report issues is necessary.
Load/unload grain and assist with storage management.
Maintain a lean and organized yard and shop area.
Follow all safety procedures and farm protocols.
Qualifications:
Experience operating agricultural machinery. (GPS/autosteer experience an asset)
Ability to work independently for extended periods.
Strong mechanical aptitude.
Valid drivers license (Class 1A or 3A considered an asset)
Willingness to work long hours during peak seasons.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality work.
