Farm Equipment Operator Full Time NEW

Pederson Heritage Farms is looking to hire a Farm Equipment Operator in a permanent, full-time position on their farm Bromhead, SK. (Expected start date: August 1, 2026)
Job duties include:
Operate farm machinery and equipment to till soil, plant, cultivate and harvest crops and load and unload crops and containers of materials. Perform maintenance and minor repairs on equipment and machinery. Monitor equipment to detect any malfunctions. Ensure farm safety and bio-security protocols are followed.
Wage: $35/hr (Between 30-40 hours per week)
1 week paid vacation. No other benefits. (No overtime pay as per Saskatchewan Employment Standards for Agricultural workers)
Require moderate level of equipment operation, repairing and maintenance skills.
Basic farm knowledge required.
Ability to communicate in English preferred.
