Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Pastry Chef at BjornBar Bakery Ltd. in North Vancouver, B.C. The Executive Pastry Chef will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the bakery, creating and preparing a variety of baked goods, ensuring the highest quality of food preparation, and maintaining consistency in taste and presentation. The role also involves managing and training kitchen staff, maintaining kitchen hygiene, and collaborating on menu development.

* Bakery, Baking, and Culinary Skills
* Food Preparation and Cooking experience
* Excellent organizational and time management skills
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Strong attention to detail and creativity in recipes
* Experience in managing and training kitchen staff is a plus
• Culinary degree or equivalent professional experience
