Job Description
Purpose of this position:
As an Esthetician, you will be integral in promoting client wellness by delivering high quality spa treatments to guests, such as facials, wraps and body treatments. Reporting to the manager, your role involves assessing guest needs and providing tailored treatments to enhance physical and emotional well-being. Strong customer service and communication skills are essential for building rapport and ensuring a positive experience for spa guests.
Job Summary:
• Full-time, permanent position
• Wage: $22.00 – 27.00 per hour
• Wage incentive program for Registered Massage Therapy training
Responsibilities:
• Learn and deliver Ste. Anne’s unique treatment menu with expertise.
• Collect clients from guest waiting room, validate guest details/preferences, and provide information about their treatment.
• Provide high quality spa treatments that align with Ste. Anne’s status as a 4 diamond CAA standard getaway.
• Communicate effectively with guests to explain procedures and aftercare instructions.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, ensuring all equipment is sanitized.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by building rapport with guests.
• Demonstrate consistent professional conduct, including monitoring for appropriate language and topics of discussion during treatments.
Qualifications:
• 1 year’s experience as an Aesthetician
• Excellent customer service skills
• Effective communication abilities, both verbal and written
• Ability to create a comfortable and safe environment for clients
