Job Description:
Radiant Ridge Energy Limited is seeking experienced Electrical Technicians to support the design, installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical power systems used in energy infrastructure projects, including gas-to-power facilities, renewable energy systems, and industrial power installations.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Assist in the design, development, and testing of electrical power systems and electronic components used in energy generation, distribution, and industrial applications, including generation plants, substations, and related infrastructure.
2. Support engineering teams in the planning, implementation, and optimization of electrical systems for energy projects such as gas-to-power facilities, renewable energy installations, and industrial power solutions.
3. Perform inspection, testing, troubleshooting, and evaluation of electrical, electro-mechanical, and electronic equipment including transformers, switchgear, generators, and control systems to ensure compliance with technical specifications, safety standards, and project requirements.
4. Install, operate, commission, and maintain electrical power systems and equipment at project sites, ensuring reliable and efficient operation during construction and operational phases.
5. Conduct functional testing, diagnostic analysis, and life-cycle (burn-in) testing of electrical assemblies and record, analyze, and report performance data.
6. Provide technical support for applied engineering activities, field investigations, and system performance assessments related to power generation and energy infrastructure projects.
7. Interpret electrical schematics, single-line diagrams, and technical drawings to support installation, commissioning, and maintenance activities on-site.
8. Collect, compile, and analyze operational and experimental data, and assist in preparing technical reports, cost estimates, schedules, and project documentation.

Requirements:
• College level diploma in a field related to electronics, electrical engineering, electricity, or electro-mechanics, or a related field
• Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience
• Strong hands-on experience with electrical systems and industrial equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
• Experience in energy or power infrastructure projects is an asset

• Mandarin Chinese (asset / preferred)
Mandarin Chinese is considered an asset due to the company’s collaboration with overseas equipment suppliers and access to technical documentation.
