The Data Administrator will be responsible for effectively managing, maintaining, and protecting data across the organization. This role includes ensuring data accuracy, accessibility, consistency, and security. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in database management, data analysis, and information technology.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement comprehensive data administration policies, standards, and models.
• Research and document data requirements, data collection processes, access rules, and security measures.
• Develop and maintain databases, ensuring data is accurate and up to date.
• Provide expert advice to other professionals regarding data collection, availability, security, and suitability.
• Lead and coordinate teams of data administrators in the development and implementation of data policies, standards, and models.
• Operate CRM database management systems to analyze data and perform data mining.
Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or Relevant certifications.
• Experience: At least 1-year proven experience as a Data Administrator, Database Manager, or similar role.
• Strong knowledge of database structures, theories, principles, and practices.
• Familiarity with database management systems like Repfabric, SAMCO, etc.
• Experience in data gathering, cleansing, and enrichment techniques.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ability to muti-task and manage priorities.
Preferred Skills:
• Certifications in database management or related fields.
• Experience with Microsoft Excel and other office software applications and database technologies.
• Knowledge of data privacy laws and regulations.
• Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Power BI.
