Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong analytical mindset and a passion for data analysis. The Data Analyst will analyze data, prepare reports and provide insights to the team. The candidate should have excellent Excel and Power BI skills and should be able to use these tools to generate meaningful reports.

Experience:

Minimum 1 year to less than 3 years of experience as Data Analyst is required.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field such as mathematics, statistics or computer science

Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with large datasets

Advanced proficiency in Excel and Power BI

Excellent communication skills and ability to clearly and concisely present data.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Duties:

Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets using Excel and other analytical tools

Create and maintain KPIs, reports, dashboards, and visualizations in Power BI.

Develop and implement data analysis strategies to support business goals

Identify trends, patterns, and insights in data and provide recommendations to the team.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and provide data-driven solutions

Continuously monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accurate reporting

Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis.

Prepare ad hoc reports as requested by management.

Provide best practices and guidelines for managing data from different levels of complexity.
