Languages: English

-Prepare dishes as per the menu
-Maintaining product storage in a safe and efficient manner for use
-Stocking and rotating food in fridges and freezers in consideration of shelf dates
-Prepare food according to standard and efficient manner to ensure that there is no interruption to guest service
-Lipases with all staff members
-Actively participate in training of culinary skills to junior staff and apprentice
-Adhere to standardize recipes and specifications in order to maintain consistency and ensure all standards are met
-Keep work-station clean and organized
-Ensures that section opening and closing procedures are carried out to standard
-Keep overproduction and food wastage to the minimum
-Ensures that all food products are handles, sorted, prepared and served safely with food safety guidelines
-Responsible for day to day operations
-Prepare food requisition as per requirement
