Responsibilities

• Prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes and foods
• Participate in the creation of new seasonal dishes and menus
• Suckling pig preparation and barbecue.
• Inspect kitchens and food service areas
• Train staff in the preparation, cooking, and handling of food
• Maintain inventory and records of food, supplies, and equipment
• Keep the kitchen organized and comply with hygiene and food safety standards
• Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure efficient, high-quality service.
