Permanent full-time position 40-44 hrs. per week, English Language, 3-5 years of experience; wage $22.50/hr. Job duties: prepare and cook complete meals or individual dishes, plan menus, determine size of food portions, estimate food requirements and costs, monitor and order supplies, inspect kitchen and food service areas, supervise kitchen staff and helpers if necessary, maintain inventory of food, manage kitchen operations, order supplies and equipment, clean kitchen and work areas, knowledge of European Cuisine Specialties.
