Duties
Prepare and cook menu items
Assist in developing menus and specials
Ensure food is properly prepared and stored
Ensure food meets quality standards
Assist in training of kitchen staff
Keep work areas clean and stocked
Qualifications:
Several years cooking experience
Asian cooking experience an asset
