Construction Worker Full Time

Job Description:
Innova Contracting is seeking skilled and hardworking Construction Workers to join our team. We specialize in commercial construction projects and are looking for reliable individuals who can contribute to the success of our projects.

Responsibilities:
Perform general construction labor, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup

Assist with concrete formwork, loading and offloading material, placing and finishing of concrete, rebar installation,

Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently

Follow safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment

Work collaboratively with the construction team and supervisors

Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

Requirements:
Previous construction experience is an asset but not required (on-the-job training available)

Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions

Basic knowledge of hand and power tools

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Ability to work in all weather conditions

Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred

Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection) are an asset
