Construction Worker Full Time

**Job Description:**
Innova Contracting is seeking a skilled and hardworking Construction Worker to join our team. We specialize in commercial construction projects and are looking for reliable individuals who can contribute to our project’s success.

**Responsibilities:**
– Perform general construction labor, including site preparation, material handling, and cleanup
– Assist with formwork, concrete work, and other construction tasks
– Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
– Follow safety regulations and company policies to ensure a safe work environment
– Work collaboratively with the construction team and supervisors
– Load and unload materials as needed
– Maintain tools and equipment in good condition

**Requirements:**
– Previous construction experience is an asset but not required (on-the-job training available)
– Ability to lift heavy materials and work in physically demanding conditions
– Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
– Willingness to learn and follow instructions
– Ability to work in all weather conditions
– Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation preferred
– Safety certifications (e.g., WHMIS, First Aid, Fall Protection) are an asset
