Construction Worker Full Time

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Worker to join our team at Nes-Crete Canada Inc. The successful candidate will contribute to our operations by assisting skilled tradespersons and performing essential general labor tasks at our main construction site in Stratford, Ontario. Due to the nature of the business, there will be a requirement to travel to various job sites as needed and transportation will be provided from the base meeting location to and from the job site. The tasks will include loading, unloading, and transporting construction materials, setting up and dismantling concrete forms, scaffolding, and barricades, and ensuring our work environment is safe and clean. The selected candidate will also be responsible for mixing, pouring, and spreading materials, leveling earth to precise specifications and removing debris, playing a crucial role in maintaining efficiency and safety across all job sites.

Responsibilities:
Load, unload and transport construction materials
Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks, shoring and barricades
Mix, pour and spread materials
Assist heavy equipment operators
Clean and pile salvaged materials
Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites using various equipment

Wage:
25.00 / hourly / 40 hours per week

Experience:
will train or/and 1-2 years of experience would be an asset
