Construction Site Supervisor Full Time

Bluescapes is a locally owned Landscape, Construction and Custom Metal company.
We are seeking a crew lead with leadership qualities to work across various sites and conditions with a crew of 3 – 4 people of various skill levels.

Requirments:
English
Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
1 year to 2 years of construction/landscape construction/metal work experience
Appropriate PPE (For example: Safety boots, concrete boots, weld hood)
Drivers Licence (or ability to obtain)

Responsibilities:
Prepare production and other reports
Recruit and hire workers and carry out related staffing actions
Train or arrange for training
Set up machines and equipment
Estimate costs and materials
Ensure health and safety regulations are followed
Recommend personnel actions
Read blueprints and drawings
Requisition or order materials, equipment and supplies
Leading/instructing individuals
Organize and direct construction of decks and decorative or retaining walls
Fit and weld parts together
Create three-dimensional (3-D) models with computer-aided design (CAD)
Plan, manage and supervise landscape construction work
Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations
Assist with landscape constructions
