Construction Labourer (Concrete Cribber) Full Time

Salary: $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
Job Type: Full-Time, Permanent (at least 40 hours per week)
Work time: Monday-Saturday (10 hours/day) 7 am-6 pm, closed Sunday

The Job
R3 CONSTRUCTION is looking for 2 hard-working concrete workers to work alongside our current, experienced concrete construction crew to complete various tasks, such as foundations, grade beams, driveways, and curbing. If you like to work outside and enjoy helping people, we invite you to send us your resume.

Main Duty:
• Load, unload, and transport construction materials
• Mix, pour, and spread materials related to project
• Direct placement of concrete into forms or surfaces
• Fill hollows and remove spots on freshly poured cement
• Finish concrete surfaces using hand and power tools
• Construction sites clean up
• Comply with safe working procedures and practices

Requirements for the role:
• Ability to lift 30-45kg (66-100lbs) on a regular basis
• Ensure a safe work environment in compliance with all safety policies and procedures using the appropriate tools and equipment for the task
• Ability to work in all weather conditions for long periods of time
• Work experience in the construction industry is beneficial, 1-2 years of work experience is preferred.
