KEYPLAN Measuring Inc., a trusted leader in home renovation and rebuilding, specializes in purchasing, redesigning, and constructing new homes. We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Construction Director to lead our projects and teams, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality homes.

Job Duties:
• Define the company’s goals and develop procedures and strategies focused on residential construction projects.
• Oversee and manage all aspects of residential construction projects, from initial design to completion.
• Appoint, supervise and coordinate Project Managers, contractors, and subcontractors to ensure timely and efficient execution of projects.
• Review and approve project plans, including architectural drawings, budgeting, and scheduling.
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards, building codes, and regulations.
• Act as the company’s representative in negotiations with clients, vendors, and other stakeholders.
• Manage material procurement, negotiate contracts, and track project expenditures to stay within budget.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure progress aligns with plans and quality standards.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve construction processes and team efficiency.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to project teams, fostering a collaborative and productive work environment.

Qualification:
• A college diploma in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field, or equivalent experience is required.
• A minimum of three years of experience in construction management, with a proven track record of successful project delivery.
• Comprehensive knowledge of construction techniques, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage and inspire teams.
• Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
