Dynamic Concrete Pumping Inc is Western Canada’s largest Pump Place Finish and forming Company. We are in search of 10 plus experienced Forming and placing candidates to join our team
The candidate will have knowledge of both concrete forming and concrete placing for large scale commercial projects. You will be part of a team that both forms, place and strip commercial structures. Use of hand and power tools is required. Must have your own tools such as hammer, measuring tape, 1/4″ Impact drill and a tool pouch. Proper Personal protection gear such as CSA approved Steel toe Rubber boots, safety vest and a hard hat. Concrete placing tools are all provided by the foreman on-site. Dynamic requires at least 1-2 years experience in a commercial environment. Candidate must have own transportation or a means to get to job sites. Public transportation is not always available. You will be provided with transportation if jobs are outside the city. Live out allowance and travel time is paid pending on location of Job.
You starting wage based on experience is $32.12 /hour with a Minimum of 30 hours per week. Ample overtime in peak season
Overtime pay after 8 hours in a day or 44 hours in a week will be 1.5 times your regular rate or $48.18/hour In addition 9.6% holiday pay is added on your gross amount of pay bi-weekly. Dynamic Concrete Offers private insurance that normally comes into effect 300 banked hours after start date. Families are also included in the private insurance only if you reside in Canada.

You must be able to read and speak in English. Communication on construction sites is key. If any special safety gear over and above the regular PPE Dynamic Concrete Pumping will provide.
