We are looking for a Cleaning Supervisor to manage and co-ordinate our cleaning teams and linen inventory. The ideal candidate should be flexible and have a willingness to learn. They should be punctual and have good organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast paced environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Co-ordinate, assign and review work of teams
– Provide daily operation support to cleaning contractors, inspectors and employees
– Establish procedures for teams and employees
– Co-ordinate and liaise with other departments such as cleaning teams, inspectors and maintenance
– Hire and train staff in job duties, safety procedures and company policies
– Resolve work-related problems and prepare and submit progress and other reports
– Communicate with the general manager on a regular basis regarding employee performance and department requirements
– May perform the same duties as workers supervised
REQUIREMENTS:
– Strong computer experience
– Good local knowledge is desirable
– Must have a valid work permit
– A professional attitude, punctual, reliable and a team player
– Cleaning or property management experience
– Supervisor or management training
