We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Cleaner Supervisor to join our Residential team. This hands-on leadership role is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day cleaning operations within our residential apartment portfolio, ensuring our buildings are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.

Key Responsibilities
Supervise and support the daily activities of the residential cleaning team.
Assist with scheduling staff and assigning daily workloads to ensure all tasks are completed efficiently.
Perform regular inspections of common areas, amenity spaces, and vacant units to ensure cleanliness and quality standards are met.
Provide hands-on cleaning support as required.
Train, coach, and mentor cleaning staff on proper cleaning techniques, safety procedures, and company standards.
Monitor employee performance and provide ongoing feedback to maintain high standards.
Ensure adequate cleaning supplies and equipment are available and notify management when replenishment or repairs are required.
Report maintenance concerns or building deficiencies to the appropriate department.
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with Occupational Health & Safety regulations, WHMIS requirements, and company policies.
Respond professionally to requests from Property Managers and assist in resolving cleaning-related concerns.
Support special cleaning projects and seasonal cleaning initiatives as required.
Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years’ experience in residential or commercial cleaning.
Previous experience leading or supervising a team is considered a strong asset.
Strong knowledge of cleaning methods, products, equipment, and safe handling procedures.
Familiarity with Occupational Health & Safety legislation and WHMIS.
Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Reliable, dependable, and able to lead by example.
Ability to lift, push, pull, and carry cleaning equipment and supplies as required.

Experience
Residential or commercial cleaning: 2 years (preferred)
Supervisory or team lead experience: 1 year (preferred)

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
