Fast-forward 35 years, and we have expanded services to include superintendents, mould and asbestos remediation, carpet cleaning, underground garage cleaning, renovations, and repairs. We have become a one-stop shop for all of the non-mechanical services that a property management company needs to provide their Condominium clients easy access to first class services.

Position Type: Full Time, Permanent

Number of Positions: 2
Compensation: $34.20
Hours: Minimum 35 to Maximum 40 hours per week.
Start Date: ASAP

Qualifications and Skills Required:

• Completion of Secondary School is required.
• 7 months to less than 1 year experience is required
• Ability to understand and carry out verbal and written instruction.
• Excellent verbal and written communications skill is a must.
• Reliable and able to work in fast-paced environment.

Job Duties and Responsibilities are as follows:

• Lead and manage a team of cleaners to ensure the completion of daily cleaning tasks according to company standards.
• Provide training to new cleaners on cleaning procedures, safety standards, and company policies.
• Ensure all cleaning activities comply with health and safety regulations and industry standards.
• Address any issues or complaints from clients or team members promptly and professionally.
• Demonstrate and assist with advanced cleaning techniques when required.
• Monitor and maintain inventory of cleaning supplies, equipment, and materials.
• Prepare work schedule and coordinate activities with those of other departments
