• Main Duties of the Job: Oversee and coordinate the accurate and timely production of catering orders for corporate clients and special events, ensuring high standards of quality and presentation. Train and mentor new team members on catering processes, customer service protocols, and food safety standards. Collaborate with front and back of house teams to support peak business periods and maintain operational flow. Manage inventory levels to ensure all food, beverage, and supply items are consistently stocked for both café operations and catering functions. Occasionally operate the point-of-sale system, handle cash and card transactions, and ensure a smooth and efficient checkout experience. When necessary, take over baking responsibilities (cookies, cakes, squares etc.), barista, and sandwich bar duties. Deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues in a professional and effective manner. Responsible for the opening and closing of catering, prep and baking production at the café as well as reviewing daily and weekly reports.
• Required Qualifications: Completion of high school. Completion of a community college program in food service administration, hotel and restaurant management or related discipline or equivalent level of of experience in food preparation/service
