Job Description and Qualifications:
We are looking for a dedicated and experienced Bookkeeper to join our team at Pizza Delight, Just Fries, Manchu Wok, and Cafe Depot MUN University Food Court.

Job Duties:
• Calculate and prepare cheques for payroll.
• Calculate fixed assets and depreciation.
• Keep financial records and establish, maintain and balance various accounts using manual and computerized bookkeeping systems.
• Maintain general ledgers and financial statements.
• Prepare other statistical, financial and accounting reports.
• Reconcile accounts.
• Record and categorize financial transactions including accounts payable and accounts receivable
• Do payroll processing and related reporting.
• Support budgeting activities by providing relevant financial data and analysis.
Skills (education, experience):
• Completion of secondary school is required
• Completion of a college program in accounting, bookkeeping or a related field or completion of two years (first level) of a recognized professional accounting program (e.g., Chartered Accounting, Certified General Accounting) or courses in accounting or bookkeeping combined with several years of experience as a financial or accounting clerk are required.

Wage: $19.00/hour

Hours: Minimum 30 hours a week
