Job Duties:
Handle daily financial tasks for the company, including expense reimbursement, bill review, invoicing, and account management.
Assist in the preparation of financial statements and analyze financial data.
Assist in the development of budgets, financial forecasts, and reports, and monitor budget performance.
Undertake designated accounting responsibilities, including filing, cost accounting, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and reconciliations.
Timely verification of bills and accurate invoice entry for clients to ensure invoice timeliness and accuracy.
Reconcile accounts with suppliers and customers, promptly resolving billing issues.
Ensure the timely and accurate collection of payroll-related activities.
Responsible for collecting, managing, and securing various financial documents and archives.
Assist with internal administrative tasks within the department.
Maintain the accuracy of the company’s financial system, ensuring that all financial records comply with company policies and relevant regulations.
Complete other tasks assigned by management as needed.
