Job duties:
• Prepare, bake, and finish bakery products according to established recipes and production requirements
• Ensure quality, consistency, and proper presentation of baked goods
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, equipment, and tools throughout production
• Follow food safety, health, and sanitation regulations, including proper storage, labeling, and handling of food
• Operate industrial bakery equipment safely and perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance
• Monitor products during preparation and baking to ensure quality standards are met
• Communicate with supervisors and kitchen staff regarding production needs and issues
