Job Description
Duties:
 Prepare dough for pies, bread and rolls and prepare batters for muffins, cookies, cakes, icing and frostings according to recipes or special customer orders;
 Operate machinery;
 Bake mixed doughs and batters;
 Ensure quality of products meets established standards;
 Draw up production schedule to determine type and quantity of goods to produce;
 Requisition baking supplies;
 Prepare pastry for special occasions, such as weddings and birthdays;
 Prepare special orders;
 Inspect kitchen and food service areas;
 Organize and maintain inventory;
 Oversee sales and merchandising of baked goods;

Experience:
Minimum 1 year of experience is required
