We are currently looking for someone to join our team as Accounting Manager who will have responsibility for the following:
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Plan, organize, direct, control and evaluate the overall operations of the accounting and financial reporting functions of the organization in accordance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
2. Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and internal control systems to ensure the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of financial records and to mitigate financial and compliance risks.
3. Oversee the preparation and review of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, management reports, and variance analyses for senior management and external stakeholders.
4. Manage budgeting and forecasting processes, including coordinating departmental budget submissions, monitoring performance against budgets, and providing recommendations to support business planning and decision-making.
5. Supervise and evaluate accounting staff, assign work, establish performance standards, and provide training and guidance to ensure efficient and compliant financial operations.
6. Coordinate and liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies to support audits, tax filings, and statutory reporting requirements.
7. Review complex accounting transactions, including revenue recognition, asset capitalization, intercompany transactions, and accruals, to ensure proper classification and treatment.
8. Analyze financial data and operational results to identify trends, risks, and opportunities, and provide strategic financial advice to management.
9. Support senior management in corporate planning initiatives, including cost control strategies, financial system improvements, and process optimization projects.
REQUIREMENTS
1. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or a related field is required.
2. A minimum of 3–5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance, including at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial capacity, is required.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in written and spoken English sufficient to prepare financial reports, communicate with management, and liaise with external auditors and regulators.
4. Proven ability to work effectively in a diverse, multicultural workplace and to communicate with staff, clients, and business partners from various cultural and national backgrounds.
Terms
1. Salary is $41.50/Hour
2. Working hours per week is 30
3. Annual salary is $64,740
4. Permanent Full-Time
