Luniu Mall is a fresh food distribution platform. Relying on the online e-commerce platform, it provides users with fresh fruits and vegetables and high-quality foods from around the world. Now, we are seeking an experienced and motivated Wholesale Business Manager to join our team!

Job Duties:
• Plan, direct and oversee wholesale operations to achieve business goals and drive growth.
• Analyze market trends and adjust pricing strategies to remain competitive and optimize profitability across product categories.
• Recruit, manage, and schedule drivers and other staff to ensure seamless support for wholesale and retail operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with restaurant managers, delivering tailored solutions to meet their unique needs.
• Elevate customer service standards by promptly addressing client inquiries and resolving concerns effectively.
• Design and implement impactful marketing strategies to boost sales and enhance brand visibility.
• Develop and manage budgets, approve expenditures, and track revenue performance to ensure financial stability.
• Oversee staff training and development programs to foster a motivated, skilled, and high-performing team.

Qualifications:
• A high school diploma is required, with a diploma or degree in business administration or a related field preferred.
• Prior experience in wholesale or retail operations is required, and supervisory or management experience is a strong asset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead and motivate teams.
• Strong leadership and organizational abilities, with the capacity to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills to drive success and address challenges proactively.
