Home Support Worker (NOC 44101) Full Time

We are looking for a responsible Home Support Worker to look after the elderly. Newcomers to Canada, Visible minorities, persons with disabilities, indigenous people, and vulnerable youth are welcome to apply.

Wage: $23.0 dollars/hour
Location of Work: Employer’s private home, V6X 1B3

Job Duties:
• Providing companionship and personal care for my dad (72 years old).
• Perform light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry, dishes, and general tidying to maintain a clean and safe environment.
• Assist my dad with personal care tasks, such as dressing and personal hygiene.
• Accompany my dad for outdoor activities, such as going for stroll after meal, and going to appointments.
• Assist my dad in taking health supplements, or medications if necessary.
• Take full responsibility of the household when the householder is not at home.
• Plan and prepare nutritious meals based on dietary requirements and preferences.
• Provide emotional support and companionship, engaging in activities such as conversation, reading, or watching TV together.
• Shop for groceries, food, and household supplies regularly.

Requirement:
• Completion of Secondary School is required
• Experience as assets
