We have over 8 years of experience in placement service of child-care providers, home support workers, cleaners and many other types of workers. Our company has a formal human resource certification which the government issued. Over the past several years, we’ve helped thousands of job seekers find suitable employers and job opportunities, and more than 500 overseas job seekers have come to Canada.
We are now looking for a permanent, full-time Recruitment Assistant to join us!
Job Duties:
• Job Posting and Candidate Sourcing: Draft and post job ads, review resumes, and conduct initial screenings to attract and identify qualified candidates.
• Interview and Selection Coordination: Schedule and confirm interviews, manage candidate records in the ATS, and handle applicant communications.
• Onboarding Support: Assist with new hire onboarding by preparing documentation and coordinating orientation.
• Recruitment Reporting: Compile reports on recruitment metrics, including application volume, interview success, and hiring timelines.
• Staffing and Policy Guidance: Advise managers and employees on staffing policies, ensuring compliance and consistency.
• Employee Consultation and Grievance Handling: Facilitate employee consultations and grievance procedures to address workplace issues.
• Employee Eligibility and Services: Determine eligibility for benefits, arrange training, and coordinate employee support programs like counselling and recognition.
• Record-Keeping Supervision: Oversee clerks responsible for maintaining accurate, organized employee records.
Qualifications:
– Completion of secondary education is required, with preference for a one- or two-year college diploma in business or a related field.
– Previous administrative experience will be an asset.
– Strong technical ability, including experience with Microsoft Office
– Excellent prioritization and time management skills
– Excellent English proficiency and communication skills
– Attention to detail and highly organized
