Job duties:
• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities of the restaurant
• Consult with clients regarding weddings, banquets and specialty functions
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Estimate food requirements and may estimate food and labour costs
• Supervise activities of chefs and cooks
• Arrange for equipment purchases and repairs
• Recruit and hire staff
• Prepare and cook food on a regular basis, for special guests and functions.
• Plan menus
• Create recipes
• Requisition food and supplies
Terms of Employment: 2 years to Permanent/ Full time
Wage: $20.00/hour
Language: Being able to read, write and speak English
