Job duties-
• Preparing and cooking complete meals / specialty foods, in particular Japanese Kaiseki and sushi.
• Instructing line cooks in preparation, cooking, garnishing and presentation of food
• Assisting in creating new recipes and planning menus
• Supervising cooks and other kitchen staff
• Ordering food and kitchen supplies.
Terms of employment: Permanent full time;
Benefits: one free meal per day

Wages: $ 23/hr, full time, permanent position (40hrs / week).
