Title of the position: Program Manager for Classical Animation, 3D Animation and VFX and Animation Concept Art
Job duties:
Reporting to the head of the department, the Program Manager will be responsible for the logistics and administration of full-time animation programs within the department. The ideal candidate will be an experienced Administrator who is highly organized, energetic and a positive self-starter who thrives in an evolving and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities will include:
Instructor Management:
• Schedule classes for each instructor using the CELCAT program.
• Facilitate communication and bridge the gap between instructors, students, and the People & Culture team.
• Inform students promptly in case of any changes, issues, or rescheduling.
• Identify necessary program changes and report these needs to the Head of Department.
• Report working hours for each instructor to the People & Culture team and monitor bi-weekly payments.
• Organize various events related to the programs to enhance student understanding.
Student Management:
• Address student issues, including mental health, physical health, and other concerns.
• Track student absences, attendance, and overall professionalism in class.
• Discuss and resolve any group conflicts or issues that may arise among students.
• Program Utilization:
• Proficiently utilize Microsoft Outlook, CELCAT Timetable, and Dayforce for operational tasks.

Job Qualifications:
• Degree/diploma in either of the following discipline: Film, Theatre or Education along with a minimum of 3-5 years of administrative experience on an education setting.
• Excellent written and interpersonal skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Demonstrated organizational, supervisory and time management skills.
• Knowledge of entertainment industry and/or animation production would be preferred.
• Strong computer and software skills.
• Good business writing skills with an attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel and with external contacts.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Demonstrated good judgement and initiative with the ability to work independently.
• Highly organized team player with a flexible approach and works well under pressure.
• Ability to present a professional and positive image and maintain discretion and confidentiality.
• Terms of employment: Permanent full time;
• Language of work- English
• Wages: $ 28.71/hr, full time, permanent position – 37.50 hours per week
