Title of the Position: Maintenance Technician (NOC 72400)
Job Duties:
• Significant experience with Daiei Engineering Japan Spring Roll Machine HTS-45.
o Machine produces 50,000 spring rolls per day.
o Several machines operating in BC.
o 50-year-old machine design.
• Modify, maintain, repair, and calibrate SR45 machine based on requirements provided by food designer and quality assurance.
• Inspect and examine machinery and equipment to detect and investigate irregularities and malfunctions.
• Adjust machinery and repair or replace defective parts.
• Operate machine tools such as lathes and grinders to fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up of machinery.
• Clean, lubricate, and perform other routine maintenance work on machinery.
• Assemble machinery and equipment prior to installation using hand and power tools and welding equipment.
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full-Time

Education: Completion of secondary school.

Work Experience:
• 3 years of experience working as an Industrial Mechanic.
• At least 1 year of experience working with Daiei Engineering Japan Spring Roll Machine HTS-45 (preferred).
