The Role:
We are seeking an experienced Landscaper to lead our crew in delivering high-quality landscaping projects including trees, shrubbery, lawns, fences, decks, patios, walkways, and other landscaping elements for lawns, gardens, and real estate projects. The successful candidate will plan, manage and execute project execution, crew supervision, and client relations.

Key Responsibilities:
Project & Crew Management:
• Achieving annual landscaping installation target
• Hands-on construction work while leading crew
• Lead crew with daily tailgate talks and project briefings
• Attend bi-weekly GSR meetings with Project Manager
• Ensure efficient preparation of tools, materials, and rentals
• Maintain equipment and conduct quality control
• Review sites, plans, and pricing before crew arrival
• Implement safety measures and SOPs
• Monitor job costs and maintain daily task lists
Customer & Administrative:
• Provide daily project updates to customers
• Handle project changes and maintain professional communication
• Update job costing sheets and 5-day work schedules
• Process receipts, delivery slips, and travel records
• Schedule and manage 40-hour work weeks for crew
Reporting:
• Report directly to the Project Manager/Estimator.
• Report to Accounting/Secretary with any administrative concerns.

Work Schedule:
• 8 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
• On site 10 minutes before scheduled start time

Required Qualifications:
• Must speak fluent English
• Valid driver’s license and own vehicle required
• Experience leading and managing crews
• Ability to maintain highest standard of work quality
• Strong communication skills for customer service
• Physical ability to perform landscape construction duties
