Role Overview:
The IT Business Analyst is responsible for testing the organization systems, develop, and reports new system architectures. The successful candidate will lead the development, implementation, and management of digital solutions across Casmir Omoifo Professional Corporation.
This role will drive operational excellence by leveraging technology to design and streamline operational processes, improve efficiency, and enhance customer experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital transformation, IT project management, and operations, with a proven track record of delivering successful digital solutions in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital strategy that aligns with the organization’s business goals.
Manage cross-functional teams in the design, development, and deployment of digital solutions.
Analyze information systems processes, and propose customized solutions to improve performance and efficiency
Design, develop, integrate, test and implement information systems business solutions
Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management, security and service delivery
Oversee daily operations related to digital platforms, ensuring optimal performance, security, and scalability.
Implement process improvements using digital tools and methodologies such as Lean, Agile, and Six Sigma.
Manage relationships with key vendors and service providers to ensure quality and timely delivery of digital solutions.
Lead IT and digital transformation projects from concept to completion, ensuring on-time delivery within scope and budget.
Drive the adoption of new digital tools and technologies across the organization to improve productivity and enhance customer experience.
Implement and manage data-driven decision-making processes using analytics and reporting tools.
Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing digital operations team.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. Master’s degree is a plus.
Proven experience in digital transformation, IT project management, or operations management.
Strong knowledge of cloud computing, cybersecurity, digital tools, and platforms.
Experience with Agile, Lean, and other process improvement methodologies.
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think strategically.
Strong leadership and team management abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels.
Desirable Skills:
Certification in Project Management.
Experience in data analytic, CRM systems, and ERP solutions.
Understanding of cybersecurity best practices.
