Industrial Engineer Full Time

GoBolt (Bolt Technologies Inc) is looking for one (1) Industrial Engineer – Implementation and Solutions Lead (Warehouse) to join our expanding team! This is a permanent position.
Main duties include:
• Develop flexible or integrated manufacturing systems and procedures
• Develop creative and innovative logistics solutions
• Conduct studies and implement programs to determine optimum productivity and to allow utilization of machinery, materials, resources, systems, and equipment
• Analyze existing warehousing and distribution methodologies and recommend modifications necessary to improve and streamline processes
• Develop maintenance standards, schedules and programs for innovative logistics solutions
• Ability to write reports and articulate complex conceptual ideas
• Develop presentations to support solutions and sell ideas to clients

Wage and hours:
• The hourly wage rate for this position is $43.26 per hour for 30-40 hours per week ($90,000 annually)
• Overtime pay of 1.5 times gross earnings paid on hours over 8 in a day and 44 in a week and is paid per paid period
Education and experience:
• Completion of a bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering or related engineering discipline
• Minimum 3-4 years of direct experience
• Must be proficient in English
