Our Hotel Guest Attendants are responsible for providing our guests with quality customer service pertaining to our high standards and reputation. As the ideal candidate for the Support Team, you are enthusiastic, have great communication, strong work ethic, and great attention to detail. We seek out individuals who are compassionate team players to support a positive and healthy work environment by maintaining high professional and serene standards.

Your goal is to ensure our guests have a wonderful experience that exceeds expectations.

Responsibilities may include:
o Consistently demonstrate, service excellence to all guests
o Describing services available at the resort
o Answering phone calls from guests at the property to assist their needs.
o Delivery of items and amenities as the guests require.
o Booking reservations and services as the guests require.
o Ensuring everything is clean and tidy.
Requirements:
O Organization and Cleaning Skills
O Ability to work fast and efficiently
O Physical agility and stair climbing
o Must be able to climb multiple flights of stairs throughout an eight-hour shifts
O Previous housekeeping experience is an asset, but not necessary
O Ability to work as a team member as well as unsupervised

First Aid Certification an asset.

Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evening, weekends and holidays, according to business demand.
