We are a farmhouse-style bakery/cafe seeking a full-time ice cream maker. We are looking for a detail-oriented team player to lead our small team in artisanal ice cream production.
Operate machinery to create, process and package ice cream; Maintain shift log of production and other data; Quality control and ensure conformance to company standards
Perform corrective machine adjustments; Inform supervisor of mechanical malfunctions or product irregularities; Clean machines and immediate work areas; Record production information

Repetitive tasks; Handling heavy loads; Physically demanding; Manual dexterity; Attention to detail; Hand-eye co-ordination; Standing for extended periods; Bending, crouching, kneeling
At least 1 year of culinary experience
College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma in culinary arts or a related subject.
