Duties: • Opening/Closing the store • Providing store schedule on a weekly basis • Ensuring staff are trained and performance is monitored • Maintaining and ordering the inventory • Ensuring Health and Safety are adhered to • Preparing Weekly reports for the head office • Resolve all customer complaints • Maintaining store cleanliness • Ordering Supplies • Doing end of day paperwork • Balancing sales receipts and making nightly deposits
