Chatime is a reputable Taiwanese brand founded in 2005. We are recognized as one of the finest authentic Taiwanese bubble tea shops in Taiwan, Canada, the USA and thirteen other countries, and we are still going strong. Now, we are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Food Service Supervisor to join our team in Burnaby, BC.
Job duties:
• Oversee and coordinate daily beverage preparation to optimize efficiency and maintain quality standards.
• Develop and manage beverage server’s schedules and shift assignments.
• Address customer inquiries and promptly resolve any issues.
• Maintain accurate records of beverage quantities, costs, sales, and waste.
• Monitor ingredient and supply inventory, placing orders as necessary.
• Ensure compliance with health and food safety regulations throughout storage, preparation, and service.
• Monitor equipment maintenance and cleanliness, ensuring all tools and machinery function properly.
• Train new staff in beverage preparation and conduct work performance evaluation.
Requirements:
• A college diploma in food service administration, or a related field, or extensive experience in food preparation or service is required.
• Food service supervisory or management experience is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of health and safety regulations.
• Excellent communicative and interpersonal skills
• High level of customer service skills and problem-solving ability
• Organized, detail-oriented, efficient, and flexible.
