Farm Supervisor Full Time NEW

We are seeking an experienced Farm Supervisor to lead our day-to-day operations in a permanent and full-time capacity. The ideal candidate will coordinate staff assignments, organize and oversee all aspects of our grain farming operation, and ensure strict adherence to safety and environmental regulations. You will supervise a team of labourers and machinery operators, fostering a productive and safe work environment.

Tasks:
Provide agricultural crop services such as plowing, irrigating, cultivating, spraying and harvesting. Co-Ordinate and supervise the work of general farm workers and harvesting labourers. Ensure farm safety and bio-security procedures are followed. Maintain quality control and production records. Supervise and oversee growing and other crop-related operations. Maintain work records and logs. Operate and maintain farm machinery and equipment.
30-40 hours per week.

Experience:
The ideal candidate will come with at least 2-3 years of previous farming and supervisory experience and have graduated from high school and have the ability to communicate in English.
