Responsibilities

Supervise and coordinate activities of production workers operating machines and assembling, finishing, or inspecting rubber/plastic parts
Establish and maintain work schedules; coordinate with other departments
Recommend hiring, promotion, and other personnel actions
Prepare production and operational reports
Recommend productivity and quality improvements
Set up machines and equipment
Train staff on job duties, safety procedures, and policies
Order materials, equipment, and supplies
Supervision

Responsible for supervising 3–4 people
Tools & Equipment

Must have steel-toed safety boots
