Concrete Placers Full Time

Dynamic Concrete is seeking 10 Experienced commercial Concrete Placers to join our team.. task are as follows: Load and unload construction materials , erect and dismantle concrete forms . Place , Vibrate and screed concrete. Assist heavy equipment operators Must have CSA approved Footwear ( Rubber Boots) Hard Hat, Safety vest, Glasses and ear plugs. Will be working around Heavy equipment and machinery onsite . work Place can be dusty , loud , outdoor , indoor , hot or cold. must be aware of your surroundings at all times.
You will be working with a team to place concrete on commercial construction builds. You may be asked to work evening and weekend . Your own transportation is an asset. Might be asked to work in and around the province of Alberta. Location of work will be varies locations in the City of Calgary . The Employee will be entitled to 30 min per day break time. Employees are entitled to 30 min per day every 5 hrs. for a rest break If the Employee and the employer agree the employee can split up their breaks between two 15 min periods ( Lunch , Coffee, Ect)
The employee shall be entitled to 2 days off per week and this will depend on job schedule unless overtime on the weekends is needed. Up to 5 Days of Job Protected Unpaid sick leave, 3 days bereavement leave for the loss of a family member. The Employee shall be entitled to a 9.6% combined holiday pay and vacation pay computed on the Employees regular pay per year
The Employer agrees to pay His/Her work , wages of 28.85 per hour . These shall be paid in intervals of Bi- Weekly
