The Cleaning Supervisor will oversee the cleaning of a team of 4 to 5 individuals to ensure cleaning of all aspects of the Tim Hortons restaurant is completed. Responsibilities include ensuring cleanliness exceeds Tim Hortons standards. We need to be prepared at any and all times for random audits from a third party company. Duties include ensuring both the inside and outside of the restaurant are well maintained. This includes but is not limited to window cleaning, lawn and parking lot maintenance, cleaning of ceiling tiles, floor and floor edges, walls, washrooms and all equipment such as ice machines, coffee, cream, sugar machines, ovens, hot holding units, iced Capp machine, hot Capp machine. You will be required to report to owners and management where repairs are required and to source who will complete the necessary work. You will also be required to source best pricing and execute the timing of the repair based on minimal impact on sales. You will be required to create a cleaning schedule based on labour percentages. You will be required to work a flexible schedule and have a valid Nova Scotia drivers license. One year of experience in the cleaning industry is required. You need to work independently as well as in a group setting. You will need to work within an allocated budget allotted for repairs and maintenance.
