Job duties:

• Plan and direct food preparation and cooking activities at the hunting camp
• Plan menus and ensure food meets quality standards
• Prepare and cook food for camp guests and staff
• Create new recipes
• Supervise cooks and other kitchen staff
• Requisition food and kitchen supplies.
• Instruct cooks in preparation, cooking, and presentation of food

Wage: $68.96 per hour

Terms of employment: Seasonal, (Fall) September 2025 through mid/late November 2025.

Language: Must be able to read, write & speak English
