Hole Products Corporation is seeking one (1) full-time Branch Manager at our office in Mississauga, Ontario. This position will report to the Eastern Regional Operations Manager.

Job Duties:
In addition to the below duties and responsibilities associated with the foregoing, the candidate shall perform such other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the Company from time to time.
• Plan, direct and evaluate the everyday operations at the branch including sales, customer interaction, invoicing, purchasing, and inventory control;
• Manage staff and assign duties and support and continue a safe working environment
• Engage and prepare market research to determine business to business demand and establish sales volumes and targets
• Develop sales and marketing strategies
• Plan budgets, authorize expenditures and monitor revenues and prepare reports for Eastern Regional Operations Manager
• Address staffing requirements, including the hiring, development and retention of staff
Skills Requirements/Level of Education Required:
Secondary school is required at minimum, but a post-secondary degree, diploma or certificate in business administration or related field is preferred.
Skill Requirements/Work Experience:
Must have at least 2 years of directly applicable managerial experience.
